How It Works
Concierge Services
You buy a package by selecting either a Silver, Gold or Platinum package. An invoice will be issued. When the invoice is settled, a “Virtual Voucher” is created which can be redeemed in all the major cities. Now you can book your services – 24 hours in advance – by completing a “Service Request Form”. Within 24 hours, a Concierge or Personal Shopper in the selected area will contact you in order to make arrangements to assist you with your request. A levy of 30% of the tariff will be charged for any Ad Hoc requests. A top-up service is available at the same hourly tariff or you can buy another package.
In the case of assisted personal shopping, the hourly rate is double. A 50% levy for each additional person is charged. A timesheet will be signed in order to agree on the amount of hours utilised which will be deducted from your “Virtual Voucher”. Every 24 hours, you will receive an sms, updating you of the balance of your Virtual Voucher.
Cleaning Services
You choose one of the three packages. You indicate when and in which area you want the service. You will receive an invoice and after settlement, you will be notified of the details of the cleaning company who will be rendering the service. A job card will be signed on completion.
